Once you have successfully completed the video identification, a Raisin Bank agent will proceed to validate your documentation.
Until then, it is normal that your Online Banking will continue showing that you still need to identify yourself.
Don't worry, if you have successfully completed your identification and entered the correct code sent by SMS to your mobile phone number, the message will disappear as soon as your information has been validated.
