Changing your address:
You can change your registered address directly via your Raisin Account. To do this, simply go to your initials in the top right corner after logging in and then select "My data". Our customer service will then review and make the change.
Please note that if your address changes, we will require a copy or scan of an updated proof of address document, showing the new address.
You can submit one of the following documents as proof of address:
- Bank statement
- Utility Bill (electricity, water, gas)
- Official letter (issued by a government institution or authority)
Please note:
The proof must be no more than 3 months old. In addition, the date, your name, your current address and the provider's logo must be visible.
