Some partner banks require additional documents when you apply for a deposit product. These are separate from the documents needed to open your Raisin Account and are required to meet each bank’s legal or tax obligations.
You’ll be notified during the deposit application process if additional documents are needed.
Which documents may be required?
Depending on the partner bank, you may be asked to provide:
- A Spanish tax form (Declaración de Residencia Fiscal)
- A proof of profession or employment status
Which banks require additional documents?
Currently, the following banks request extra documents during the deposit application process:
- A&G, and BFF require a Spanish tax form.
- Haitong Bank and Banca Portugues de Gestao (BPG) require proof of profession.

How do I upload the required documents?
If a partner bank requires additional documents, you’ll be prompted to submit them:
- Once you have completed an online opening application.
- In your Raisin Account dashboared (via desktop or mobile app)
- You’ll also receive email reminders if the documents are still outstanding.

Download the documents we provide and carefully review the instructions on how to complete the documents
For proof of profession:
Upload a digital copy (PDF, JPEG, or PNG) of the requested document and submit it through your Raisin inbox in your Raisin Account.
