If you want to change your Nominated account, please follow the steps laid out below:
- Log in to your Raisin Account.
- Go to the drop-down menu under your initials.
- Visit the "My data" page.
- Click on "Nominated account" and then on "Change Nominated account" and follow the instructions on screen.
Please note: You will have to complete a test transfer from your new Nominated account to your Raisin Bank account to prove you are the account holder. The account change can take up to 5 working days once you have completed the required steps.
