To become a Raisin Bank customer and order products through our platform you must first open your Raisin Account with Raisin Bank.
The process is very simple and can be completed 100% online and with the launch of the Raisin Bank App, it's never been easier!
Step 1: Download the Raisin Bank App or if your using our website, click on 'Register'.
Step 2: Fill out the online registration from. We will ask you to provide standard information such as your address, date of birth and PPS number. This is a requirement under EU banking regulation.
Step 3: Complete our identification process. If you are using our app, you can do this the easy way by choosing the self-identification method. Here's how to complete the self-identifcation process:

Download the Raisin Bank app.

Take a photo of your ID document (passport) and take a selfie (video).

Digitally sign your identification using a code sent via SMS.

Perform a verification transaction of €0.10 from your main bank account, which will be refunded within a few days.
You can also choose to complete a short video call on your laptop or computer with an agent to verify your identity. Please note you will need your passport to complete this step.*
Step 4: If you successfully complete the identification process, you will then need to provide a Proof of Address document. This can be a utility bill (Electricity, gas or water), bank statement or a document issued to you by a Government authority. The document must have been issued within the last 3 months.
Once these steps are followed, we will review your application. If we need any further information we will get in touch with you. It can take up to 3 working days for your Raisin Account to become active after completing the identification process. Then can begin to make the most of your savings in Europe!
*Our self-identification process is handled by our provider Fourthline. Video identification is done through our provider IDnow.
