Depending on the partner bank, the deposit account may or may not offer the possibility of automatic roll over.
If you do not want the deposit account to be automatically rolled over, you can deactivate it at any time up to 5 days before maturity. You will find the button in your online banking under "My savings" > "Deposit accounts".
