The loss of a loved one is a very sad event and at Raisin Bank we strive to make things as easy as possible.
In the event of passing of a Raisin Bank customer, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +353 1 5461020 (11:00-15:00 Monday to Friday). We will send you all the information needed to cancel the deceased's fixed term deposits and their Raisin Account.
Once Raisin Bank receives the documentation from the heirs, the partner banks will be notified and the fixed term deposits will be cancelled. If the account linked to the Raisin Account is no longer active, the heirs may request a reference account change.
