Your request may have been cancelled by our Customer Service, or automatically by our system due to various possible reasons:
- Our Customer Service may cancel an application at your request or for technical or administrative reasons.
- Our system will automatically cancel your request 56 days (8 weeks) from the order date if you have not yet fulfilled the requirements to forward your application for the specific product. This will be the case if, for example, you have not sent us the additional documentation requested by the partner bank (if applicable) or if there are not sufficient funds in your Raisin Account.
- Depending on the partner bank, if the interest rate on the product you have requested has risen before the bank has confirmed your opening request, we will cancel your first request so that you can send a new one at the higher interest rate.
On the other hand, remember that if we have not yet sent your application to the partner bank, you can also cancel it easily from your Online Banking under My savings > Deposit accounts > Details > Cancel application.
