Your request may have been cancelled by our customer service, or automatically by our system due to various reasons:
- Our customer service may cancel an application at your request or for technical or administrative reasons.
- Our system will automatically cancel your request 56 days (8 weeks) from the order date if you have not yet fulfilled the requirements to forward your application of the specific product. For example, you have not sent us the additional documentation requested by the bank (if any) or there are no funds in your Raisin Account.
On the other hand, remember that if we have not yet sent your application to the partner bank, you can also cancel it easily from your online banking in My savings > Deposit accounts > Details > Cancel application.
